WHY ACCESSIBILITY MATTERS TO US

Everyone experiences events differently, and we believe that should be respected. Our goal is to
create a welcoming space, with flexibility and support available, so everyone can engage in a way
that feels right for them.

ACCESSIBILITY AT THE VENUE

The Hilton Birmingham Metropole is a fully accessible venue and offers step-free access throughout the public areas. Accessible entrances, lifts, and toilets
are available, and the venue provides designated accessible parking spaces close to the main entrance.
All conference rooms are wheelchair accessible and arranged to allow suitable circulation space. Hearing loop systems are available in selected meeting
spaces; please let us know in advance if you require this or any other assistive technology.
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue. The hotel also offers accessible guest bedrooms for delegates requiring overnight accommodation.
We are happy to make reasonable adjustments to support individual access requirements, including (but not limited to):

Reserved seating
Large-print or digital materials
Blue badge and assisted parking
Quiet space access
Dietary requirements
