Our social programme is designed with choice in mind. Whether you love a busy room and late nights, or prefer quieter conversations and early mornings, there’s space for you here. Join everything, dip in selectively, or simply enjoy being around people who understand independent practice.

Friday night is our moment to celebrate independents – the courage, care, resilience, and community that define them. Come as you are. Stay as long as you like.

All of this is included in your conference ticket except Wednesday evenings welcome gathering*.

Welcome Gathering

Settle in, reconnect, and ease into the week. We’ve reserved dedicated space exclusively for conference attendees to meet, mingle, eat, and relax.

No formal agenda – just an easy start to the conference with familiar faces and new connections.

*Please note – if you plan to arrive and join us Wednesday evening, you will need to select additional accommodation and evening buffet when booking.

Veterinary professionals supporting one another.

Over the past decade, the independent veterinary community has raised more than £150,000 for Vetlife – a true lifeline for those working in the profession.

The auction and raffle feature generous donations from across the industry, all in support of colleagues when they need it most.
